Mood classification in German version

Post by Toemmel »

By importing the MM4 database there arises an error in the classification tree:

Some German words for the moods ("Fröhlich", "Düster", "Entspannt", "Ruhig",...) have been translated to the English words in the moods tree. But not all.

By the way: I deleted the mood "Fröhlich" in the moods tree, although I have a lot of songs with this mood classification in the database. Although I tryed to rebuilt the database (by manage database in the menu), MM did not re-create this item in the mood list.

You can edit any Mood value in the Media Tree and the associated files will be updated.

I translated the English word to the German word "Fröhlich", but MM didn't capture the existing songs with this classification into this part of the tree. So I tryied to delete this branch, but MM didn't re-create it.

Editing of the value would've been needed for that.

You mean the value of the song tags or of the branch in the tree?

Yes, when you edit them in the Media Tree, all associated files will have the value changed for them. If you remove the value in the Media Tree, the value will be removed from all associated files.
