Today I opened MM to find my Gold version had disappeared, along with my playlists. I've seen other threads with this problem, but whenever I use the link Lowlander provides to help resolve, it takes me to a "no tickets found" page, so sorry for the repeat but I guess I need a fresh link.
The change was probably prompted by plugging in a refurbished ipod classic for the first time. I assumed it would open up itunes to get it registered, as all other ithings have done in the past, even while running MM. But this time it didn't. And when I opened up MM, my Gold version was gone along with my music and playlists. I'll go ahead and register the classic manually, but instructions on how to get back to my Gold version and my playlists would be welcome. MM 4.1.31.1919 Windows

That did the trick. I think that was maybe the 3rd time I've gotten that info from you over the 12 years I've been a member and this is the first time I did it right. The page is very helpful, thanks!
