Artwork Not Being Saved in Tag After Restart

Have season 1 of Miami Vice as mp4 files, trying to add artwork to the files, getting strange behavior as some tag info is lost on restart.

1.I select all the episodes and select Properties.
2.Artwork tab, I click "Lookup image", then select Browse...and browse to local .jpg file and select OK
3.Make sure "Apply to all selected" and click OK
4.Browse to individual files and the artwork shows up in preview pane. Pick a file and select Properties/Artwork. It shows "Saved in Tag".
5.Close MM5 and reopen
6.The artwork is now inconsistent. For episodes 1-11, the artwork is still saved in the tag. For the remaining episodes no artwork shows and under Properties/Artwork it says" Unsaved Image"
7.I can reproduce this reliably.

Which node in the Media Tree are the files in when you tag them with Artwork and did you close MediaMonkey before it finished tagging the files?

TV/Series node. I wait for the operation to complete (at the bottom where it gives the status n completed out of total) before closing MM5.
