Customising MM5 home to look as my tablet version does

Not sure if this is possible on windiws or not ? I use MM on my samsung tablet enjoying it no end as have customised my home page with Album Artists only the way i like it, is there a skin or addon that can do likewise using in windows & Correct me if i am wrong installing android MM app on windows only available in US ?

Not really, although you can customize home somewhat it is limited. The best option may be Pinned where you can bookmark certain nodes and then quickly access them from the Pinned node or from Home.
