This just happened moments ago. I was not expecint a crash, so I did not have the log viewer open or even running. This just popped up that I did click the send logs button:
Does the sent logs have sufficient info to investigate and resolve this? It looks like an exception happened during a freemem call. My workstation has plenty of memory available-- 128GB of ECC RAM with plenty available for MMW5 to use.

Please capture crashes in a debug log (step 4b) and attach the log to a Support Ticket: https://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=86643
This will help a developer analyze why this happens in your setup.
