'Lookup Image' has stopped working [#18824] [#19249]

tbm72: yes, Bing is significantly worse than Google :-/. Thanks for the tip, I think, we would be able to add support for iTunes API soon, it looks promising. Only I am afraid, it won't be legal, this could be problem.

I have been using Media Monkey 5 (FREE Edition 2627) and its perfect. I have one issue, when under properties > Artwork>Look Up Artwork... the search is black and when I type in the bar it even says its searching but no response. I have tried to re-install, reboot, change port setting and turn of my firewall. Nothing seems to work. Is there any help on this? its an important feature for me.

Hi,
Can you make screenshot (see my signature how to add it) so that we can see. I tried Right click in Preview, Track properies, Now Playing and each time I click on Lookup Image it returned with chooses.

Image search has now problems due to displeasing changes on Google and Bing side, trying to solve this in issue 19249.

I am having the same issue. I am on version 5.0.3.2627. It used to work great. Not sure when it stopped. It does work maybe 5% of the time. Heck, I'm just looking for The Beatles.

Can I reopen the case?

This has already been fixed in the latest 5.0.4 pre-release Build.
