Bug: Creating a playlist from "Now playing" destroys order of tracks [#18949]

Post by freakeMike2343422 »

I had a "now playing" list of several 100 tracks that I had sorted manually. I then selected a track (tap & hold), selected all tracks and added them to a new playlist (third icon in the bottom menu). Now I had to notice that when I load the playlist the songs are sorted differently. Most of the tracks are sorted by artist now, but for reasons that I do not understand some tracks do not even fit into that scheme.

Why are the tracks not in the same order as they have been in "Now Playing" ?

What criterion/criteria determinate(s) the order of the songs within the playlist?

Thanks.

I can confirm this behavior.

(The songs are listed under "Tracks" by file name. My filename: "Title - artist.extension")
