Did you check in MMW that your phone is allowed to connect to the Media Server?

Had a breakthrough. I turned off my McAfee firewall and it found the server and allowed me to sync with MMW. Once I turn it back on, it's blocked. I've checked the McAfee settings and it looks like MediaMonkey has access, so I'm not sure what I should be doing different?

Any suggestions on what I should try at this point?

It very much sounds like your mcAfee is blocking MediaMonkey. You may want to remove the MediaMonkey permissions and add them again, or add the server port MediaMonkey uses.

That did not work, so I called McAfee support and they had me reset the defaults on the firewall and BAM, now it's working!

Thanks for all your help, Lowlander. Hopefully, Mediamonkey is paying you by the reply! :-)
