Internal Storage
Hello,
I accidentally synced my MM from my Windows 10 to my Android internal storage instead of the SD card. Could someone please let me know how do I remove the MM database from my internal storage, keep the one in the SD card only?
Any suggestions/comments are much appreciated.
Thank you.

Re: Internal Storage
You can set Internal to Sync no files and SD to Sync the files. On the next Sync it should remove the files from Internal and Sync to SD instead.

Re: Internal Storage
Thank you. Is it possible to remove them via my internal storage instead of via MM?
Re: Internal Storage
Yes, you could, just make sure MediaMonkey isn't set to Sync them again (you can even disable Internal Device Profile if you want).

OK, But how? I went to my internal storage and can't find anything related to MM
Re: Internal Storage
You can see in the Device Profile where MediaMonkey is set to Sync the files. It may be to the Music folder.

Re: Internal Storage
I followed your instructions and synced NO FILE to internal storage and SYNCED those I want to SD card. It didn't work, all my videos still have duplicates in my internal storage. I guess I have to go in my phone and delete them one by one, which will take a very long time.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Re: Internal Storage
Did you disable the Internal (in which case Sync won't remove files) or did you leave it enabled without any files selected to be Synced (in that case check the delete options in the Device Profile).

Re: Internal Storage
I am sorry, I mean it was disabled but I enabled it before started the sync.

Re: Internal Storage
OK, I went to LIBRARY FOLDERS and under INTERNAL STORAGE, I saw the following:
Movies
Music
synctours
video
Should I delete them all?
Under SD Card, it has all my stuff in them

For more on Sync settings see: https://www.mediamonkey.com/wiki/Sync_M ... oid_device
You'll need to analyze the contents of those folders before you choose to delete them.

Re: Internal Storage
Well, there's nowhere I can see what is in those folders. When I opened them, none of them show my videos. I guess the only way to remove them is to go into the phone storage and remove them one by one. What a mess.
