Access Violation

Post by Gerrywaz »

Since installing MM5 Version 5.0.3.2627, I get the same error with each session of running the program. It comes at the beginning or after I do something or when I exit. I never saw this message before 5.0.3.2627.

This is the error message:

S3 Application Error
Application throw an exception Access violation at address 003A004D. Write of address 00000007
Would you like to restart MediaMonkey in Safe mode?

[Restart] [Restart in Safe Mode] [Continue]

Any ideas how to fix or address?

Please capture this in a debug log (step 4b) and attach the log to a Support Ticket: https://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=86643

This will help a developer analyze why this happens on your setup.
