I made my purchase for Gold unlimited yesterday (12--7-22) around 5-5:30 P.M. I did not receive my product key email. I may have miss typed my email I'm not certain. I logged into my commerce website as directed by the help section of the MediaMonkey support page. Upon logging in there is nothing listed under the perchas history which leads me to believe I may have miss entered my email address? The next issue is I miss placed my order confirmation number. I do show the transaction on my credit card statement. I'm not sure who to speak with in regard to retrieving my username and product key email.
