Sync Status not displaying

Hello,

I'm copying quite a few files onto my iPod. The sync status is gone, but i don't think that the sync is complete. Is there another way to see the current status of the synchronization within MMW5?

Which Build (Help > About)?

If it's no longer showing in the statusbar the expectation is that the activity has completed. There is also the activity circle left of the Search on top that indicates MediaMonkey is doing something.

There is no indication of activity. But the Performance tab of Task Manager shows that the ipod is being written to. I'm unable to safely disconnect the drive because the system says its still in use. Also the amount of free storage indicates that the sync is incomplete.
When i look at the process in Task Manager, I see 3 sub processes. One of them is accessing a disk.

Actually, I just looked at the Devices and Services section and it does say that te iPod is syncing. I just dont see any indication of progress.

I have the same issue, syncing my IPOD and I have lost the Sync Status after playing a song in my library.

Current version I am using is 5.0.5.2695.

BTW. This was never an issue with MM v4

Same issue with iPhone 16 Pro on iOS 18.1. MediaMonkey 2024.0.0.3066 (Beta)

At first, it showed progress, albeit way slower than it should have been. Now, it won't.

I'm gonna let it run for a while and hope for the best

I ama not able to replicate on my test iPod I tried with existing profile and with newly creted one without success. As soon as I initiates Sync till the end I have saw progress.
Can you please record screen with Screencast and Share Link to video in Support Ticket?

Im having the same issue with the sync status. I cant tell how far along it is I only see the wheel spinning and it says "syncing" at the bottom with no progress bar.

Just a note, I have the same issue.

MediaMonkey 2024.0.0.3082 (portable mode) unregistered.

There is no status bar for sync. I can see items adding slowly if I go back to the device page and see the count manually.

Please capture the Sync in a debug log (step 4b), preferably with the smallest amount of files you can reproduce with, and attach the log to a Support Ticket: viewtopic.php?t=86643

This will help a developer analyze why this happens on your setup.

Not sure what happened, but now working in both Media Monkey and debug version, so must of been user error or something.
