popups in my way

I changed which monitor is my primary monitor and now I'm going out of my mind trying to type on messenger in the browser because the Media Monkey popup comes on in my way when I'm typing and messing up what i type and it won't go off i have to stop typing and click the mouse to make it go away. and also the notifications from windows drives me crazy too. i can't find a setting in windows or media monkey to move the popups to a different part of the screen and to go off on their own. what the heck do you guys do about it? I tried googling it but everything pertains to the messenger app on iOS or Android and about turning off the messenger notifications. nothing about the windows notifications blocking the messenger window in the FB website on the browser. I had a complete meltdown the other day when I was desperate to message my sister back and as soon i as i started to type all the millions of notifications from windows and my phone synced to the computer was popping up one after another for a whole minute. they kept popping up one after another and every time i click on the typing box to start typing it would click the notifications and trying to open all of them. I almost broke my hand twice pounding the desk so hard. and now Google made android do the same darn thing when i'm trying to fly my drone and all the popups go on the screen. as i'm typing this the song changed and now the stupid popup is stuck on the screen. I remember how the popup used to go off on it's own.

update: i just found the Media Monkey popups in the settings and i don't know how i missed it before. only thing is it's already selected to go off in 4 seconds and it has been staying on ever since i swapped which monitor is the main one. I see there is a way to move it and i moved it to the left side of the screen. and above the taskbar. as it was blocking the taskbar before on defulault. Ok I can' tsee what i'm typing now because the popup isn't going off.

Which Build (Help > About) of MediaMonkey are you using and does the Pop-Up still stay after a PC reboot?

I put on the newest build last night before posting about it so there's no question about the build except i forgot to mention it. it's the 3104 build. I haven't tried rebooting the computer yet. I still have photo projects going in photoshop.
