Hi,
We tested Apple device compatibility and all devices were detected normally.
Make sure that iTunes is not started in background as it can lock third party apps from accessing it.

Additionally, can you try Using viewtopic.php?t=86639&sd=d and please read https://www.mediamonkey.com/support/kno ... le-device/ to make sure that you have correct version of iTunes installed.

If nothing help please create us debug log in Ticket as described at viewtopic.php?f=30&t=86643 and we will directly try to help you in resolving the issue.
Best regards,

Hi, just to let you know. I faced/ am, facing almost the same problem with my Iphone15 on 18.3.
I already opened a ticket but it seems to be tricky to get it run. I was asked to install a portable version of MMW in a separate folder - not to migrate the database and try connection. Does this do the trick?

Hi,
Yes, Portable install will allow you to import current settings, but will be separate installation, not interfering with normal install. Which will let you test and play around (be careful files as normall install will not auto pick those changes).
