Unfortunately my MediaMonkey (2024.1.0.3113; Gold Lifetime Licence) libraries all seem to contain the sound from digital videos that I have recorded in the past and this is despite the fact that my digital videos are all stored outside of my digital music library, and that I (think I) didn't select movie/film/mpg etc. whenever I have scanned my music collection in the past/ or it was autoscanned.

It's driving me crazy(ier!) trying to remove these unwanted intrusions from my listening experience.

I think I've tried pretty much everything to stop hearing the sound track from videos I can't (and don't want) to see, when I am trying to listen to music.

I now suspect that the only option left to me, is to:
1. Delete all the existing media library information contained within my copy of MediaMonkey
2. Then rescan my music libraries' contents BUT ONLY from a single source like "B:\Albums" (which is what i thought I had originally done) But how please?

That is unless one of you good folk (or more!) can teach me the error of my ways, while teaching me a better way to listen to ONLY my music, when I use the Auto DJ for example, please?

Note well that my digital music collection contains well north of 70,000 individual tracks.
