I am running MMA ver 2.0.0.1152 and have added a new memory card to phone. Whilst card was empty I ran Library & Sync/Check for New/Changed media to clear out the library which seemd to work. I added my media to the new card and ran again. All seemed to work but now I find some tracks are duplicated in the library with the duplicate greyed out yet still accessible. The media itself is not duplicated so it is the library that needs to be cleansed of false duplicate entries.
Can I just delete the database (where is it, what is it called) so I can run the check media again? I have been reading on line various options but most do not bear any resembulance to the app so guessing they refer to latest versions which I can not upgrade to as my Andriod version is old and will not update (Huawei phone wont update further EMUI 12.0.0.276 based on Android 10).
TIA

Re: Clear library database
Are old locations still selected in Choose library folders? If so, remove them and re-run the scan.

Re: Clear library database
No, I checked all folders are deleted except the new one on the new SD memory card. I really like MM as it is one of the best apps of its type but I just cant fathom why there isn't a simple way to clear the DB and then rescan. I was hoping for a DB file or 2 that could be deleted and rebuilt when a rescan is performed.
