phone sync to MM

Hello, I have a Motorola Moto G 2025, /Android, when I connect to my PC, I can easily open it in File Explorer, but it does not open in Media Monkey...I have had 3 previous Moto G Motorola phones that always were able to open via MM.every phone I have ever had, could be seen on MM over the years...btw this phone cannot open in Windows Media Player either...any suggestions?...Thanks...Lou

Check the USB setting on your phone, make sure it's set to file transfer or MTP.

You may also need to unlock your phone after you connect it via USB.

phone is unlocked & USB preference set to file transfer as always...but still MM does not see the phone...even with the media monkey app on the phone as well
