How does 'Inconsistent Artwork' work?

How does 'Inconsistent Artwork' node work?
When I look at the listing, I see albums listed that have the same artwork!
The only thing I can think of is that they are split across two or more folders. Everything else is same: title, artist, one cover art

It should show Albums where Artwork doesn't match for all tracks on the Album.
Are you saying you're working with externally linked Artwork, also which Build (Help > About) of MediaMonkey are you using?

A lot of the albums have the art in the file system, not embedded.
This is with version 3222

Please capture a debug log (step 4b) of opening the node and attach the log to a Support Ticket if you think there is an issue:

They may need your
database file too for analysis.
