Resetting Portable Device database - (eliminate duplicates)

I recently installed MMA on my old phone. Works pretty well. But I made mistakes starting out. Now I may want to start over again. How do I reset/goback. Is there a feature in MMW that lets me do that to the phone? My mistake was that I sent playlist to both the card and the phone. Now i have duplicate tracks showing in the home screen. I need to get rid of the the phone side. Actually, maybe both phone and card.

Okay so here is what I am doing. I now know that I unintentiously loaded some playlist songs on to the Phone device. I also sent 2 playlists to the Card. What that causes is duplicates when I look at Tracks, Albums, etc. When I look on the MMA at Music>Tracks, it displays all the tracks on the device (275 of them) that are located on the Phone itself and the inserted memory Card. : With a little test, it appears I can do this:

On MMW 2024.2.3222 I can select the device for Phone>Music and select(highlight) all the tracks there. Then rightclick and select remove. That removes all tracks (data) and all the artist/album data. That seems to leave everything clean, like I want it to be for now.

!My concern is with the database. Is there any damage I have caused here? I have eliminated the duplicates that I see, but I have not done anything to Phone/MediaMonkey. Does MMA take care of itself?
