DFX9 DSP refuses to install

DFX9 DSP Add-in requires Winamp be installed before it will install. Any suggestions?

Been there. Done that. Don't work in MM like the MM Addons page suggest.

There is a long thread discussing this. I believe you might need to use an older version for it to work with MediaMonkey.
