Also added some USB sticks and lots of MicroSD cards (thanks DreadM for the hi-res images).
Thnaks a lot, though I just noticed that its the wrong version of Touch Wiz. The screen displays the same version as the original Galaxy S. This might not bother so many people but I'm waaay to geeky not to think about that

It's not as good as yours but feel free to edit it if you'd like

Re: Custom device images for MM4
Wow man this is some cool stuff, nice job. I use a Sony PSP with my MediaMonkey and plan on buying a PSP2 (NGP/VITA) when it is released. Could you please do an image for both of these for me? If not could you please tell me what resolution and other specifications an image needs to have to be used like this in MM, or maybe a full on tutorial on how to do this on our own ?

Nice gege.
The developers should use these to populate their device database.

Re: Custom device images for MM4
FYI. The devs are not creating these on their own due to copyright issues. The images provided by MM4 by default for devices are copyright and loyalty-free images, which is why they are not of the best quality.Dreadlau wrote: The developers should use these to populate their device database.
I suppose by letting users create and upload these device profiles including possibly copyrighted images, they are exonerating themselves.

Oh. Ok thanks for clarification.
I guess the database will populate itself quickly as users upload these.

Wouldn't the device manufactures be willing to provide device images upon request?

sweet, using the iPod classic and Sandisk USB key icons now

Windows 7 Enterprise x64. MediaMonkey 4 (unless I forget to update this)
Re: Custom device images for MM4
Nice collection, especially how you have a load of Android and Sandisk stuff. Small things like this make such a big difference!
Just one niggle, well in fact it's me being a bit OCD, could you by any chance upload a 16gb Sandisk mem card please. That would be great, Thanks!

Could you add some generic SD card images? And perhaps the LG GM750? That would be cool

Re: Custom device images for MM4
What a terrific idea and thank you! I have a Sony Walkman that I sync with MM, naturally
Its an S-Series. They look very similar, I'd expect you could create images to represent each series (E, S, W, B are the current range)
thanks in advance

Great job, thanks (I took the Clip+ image).
Is it possible to change the displayed icon?
(just before the name of the device)

Ohh, I found this thread too late! I don't suppose there's any way these images can be included in the device profiles download section that MM links to is there (http://www.mediamonkey.com/addons/brows ... -profiles/)? Just, that's where I looked for my Clip+ and when I didn't find it I googled.
