Just wondering how I can even install the current Mac version, as it will not install from the file downloaded from your site - MacMM4.0.0.1459.zip. I am running El Capitan 10.11.6
Is there a workaround at all, as all I get is an error message saying xkbcomp cannot be opened because of a problem? Is there something else which needs to be done to allow for this install?
I know that this has probably been debated a million times and I hate to be sarcastic however does anyone on the MeiaMonkey development team know that century we are in. Dam people this app is the best app out there for large media library organization, as we all know, and I have been using it in windows and VMware for years but this has to change. If you haven't figured out I'm getting frustrated.
Inahve read that the developers are working on a version for OS but that Rumer started years ago. When is this going to happen? S#*t or get off the pot. We need an OS version.
I understand the frustration, I'd also like to have the Mac version ready sooner. Anyway, the current situation is as follow: MM5 made a big step to be a cross-platform app (UI and related parts can be used right-away), but we need to fully finish the Windows version of MM5 first. Meanwhile we also try to port the rest of the app for other platforms. I can't give you a timeframe, but really: we work hard to make this happen!
Wow you'd think that in today's age with all the other apps being developed you'd be able to bang bang bang out something.ive noticed that this has been a request along with the Compton of MM 5 for over 5 years. I love the app and will continue to use it on Windows with VM Ware but...... I m surprised that there are so few options over iTunes. Must be apples way of control.
I've been able to get MMW up and running on my mac through Parallels but when I run MMA sync server it never finds the server. Wifi sync works flawlessly in recognizing the sever from my windows laptop. Anyone been successful with setting up wifi syncing on their Mac?
