Switching default output device in WASAPI mode doesn't work

Hi,

It seems to me that in WASAPI exclusive mode, MM4 doesn't automatically switch the default playback device when changing the default device from speakers to HDMI in windows. After a restart of MM4, it can recognize the new default output device though. I don't know if it is a bug in MM4 or it is the correct behavior of WASAPI.

Has anyone experienced the same problem?
The issues is, when MM4 is running, switching default output device in Windows doens't trigger MM4 to use the new device for output in WASAPI mode......

It's always been this way, even with the old directsound plugins...
