Only noticed this recently, so it may be from an earlier build, but I was reorganizing a number of playlists in MM for use on my iPod Classic. I noticed that of my 4 playlists, 3 were duplicated on the iPod. So I rebuilt the database on the device, went back in and same problem. Then I cleared out all the check marks in auto-sync list, ran the sync, checked off all the playlists I wanted back on the device, ran the sync again. All the playlists returned, except for one. I wondered if it was a naming issue, so I removed "The" from the title of the playlist and synced it. The missing playlist appeared, but another playlist disappeared.

Now when I add assorted playlists and sync (eg - I select 4 playlists), I get 3 of those 4 and there doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to which one is skipped.

To add to the confusion, if I go into the Artists and look for bands that I know are only in the missing playlist, they appear under artist. So the music is being synced, it's just the playlist that's missing.

I'm experiencing the same issue. Please let me know if you'd like me to submit anything as well. It appears that the playlist that fails to sync is always the last one, alphabetically.

You're lucky, I can't even get one to show up.

Yes, debug log would be useful. Especially as others can't reproduce (for me all Playlist always show on device).

Now here's an interesting one - when I added ZZZ as a manual playlist that included no songs, it didn't sync and nothing changed. When I added it as an autoplaylist with very few songs, it still didn't sync, but the playlist right before it alphabetically did sync.
