Stuttering on Surface RT playing 24-bit in low power mode

Very pleased to have this app, THANK YOU.

I have a large collection of FLAC files, some 24-bit. If I'm playing a 24-bit FLAC on the Surface RT, it works fine at first. Then, if I'm not using the machine (other than to play music) it goes into a low power mode and the screen blanks. At this point the music stutters, and continues to do so until I press the power button to put the machine fully on.

Tim,
As FLAC can be bandwidth hogs on Wi-Fi especially as Low power Wi-Fi is 1/5 of normal one and thus bandwidth, can you set that Win do not power down Wi-Fi Adapter and does same thing happen using MP3s?

For me the flac files are local, sitting on my micro SD. It seems the WiFi is irrelevant in this case. I do experience the same thing:

I have tried updating and reinstalling the app but still have the same issue."

Can you try to move some FLAC files to internal disc and play from there ?

I just tried a few test scenarios.
If I play flac from internal drive it works fine. I did notice a slight stutter 4 minutes after screen went to sleep but it was over a couple of seconds and seemed just fine after that.

If I play flacs from the micro SD, it with begin stuttering about 15 seconds after screen goes to sleep. And it keeps stuttering until I wake up the tablet. other file formats seem fine though.

Looks like device's Micro SD device goes to power safe mode :-/.
