No way to find release date of installed build

I just filed several bug reports but now I see some month-old forum posts that a big rewrite of the app is in testing. So naturally I want to find out if I have that update, but there is no way to find what date the currently installed build of MM8 was installed. I would expect it to be on the About pane in Settings but it's not there, and there is no info to be found on the store listing.
