hi,
i'm probably missing something very basic here, but how do i "select multiple albums"?

if i go to the Album Node and try to select more than one album there, it's not possible

if i select all the tracks that are in the list view for say 3 different albums, the plugin always says "you selected 1 album" and doesn't look for the other 2.

Hi,

thank you for trying the Batch Tagger.

You are right, you can't choose more than one album in album node. You need to select them in the list view.

The Addon look for different Album-IDs to separate the albums. Album-IDs are generated by MediaMonkey when you add an album to your library.
Maybe the selected songs are not in an album? Please select all songs of one album and open the properties to add an album name and the artist. After that, the Batch Tagger should find more than one album.

That was the reason. I tag the albums (via My Computer nodes) first before they get moved into the library so by doing add to library first i got multiple albums

I get the same blocked by your antivirus software message. That is strange. I use Defender only, too. But the Defender didn't pop up with a message.

then restarted and now MM is Not Responding.

UPDATE: Another restart and MM opened as usual.

However, Windows removed my exclusion. SMH.

A lot of IT pros I know say 10 is 'the best Windows ever,'
but as a former WinNT MCSE, it really pisses me off. Frequently.

Still notable that the script is not working on Win7 either.

I can only agree with your statement. Win 7 is my All-Time Favourite.
