1708 Common.ControlName can cause unwanted entry

As demonstrated by Export/Import Playlsts V5.0.0.24
1 Select this http://i.imgur.com/j60A6zc.png .
2 Click OK
3 Reopen.
Expected: same entry selected
Observed: different entry selected. http://i.imgur.com/Mp6Utju.png
Cause: "Common.ControlName should not be before Common.SetRect or it will insert one unwanted item on the begin of the dropdown list. "
