Hi,
Here's a new build that includes another
10 fixes and improvements along with an update to the latest version of chromium.

Test notes:
We haven't noticed any obvious regressions with the chromium update--please let us know if you notice any. This build also includes some significant changes to playback rules and adds new audio handling functionality (see Options > Player > Playback Rules). The debug build can experience issues when your machine goes to sleep.

5-10 more items to review/fix for the RC.
Also, fyi, numerous translations have been updated including some major updates to the mandarin (traditional) translation. Thanks to all of our translators!
