[SOLVED] MM5 - Album art to bottom of left column?

Post by terryo »

How do I move the album art to the bottom of the left column under the tree display in MM5? MM4 allowed me to do this and it freed up a lot of screen space.

You can't, Preview can only be shown in the side columns: https://www.mediamonkey.com/wiki/WebHel ... the_Layout

LowLander, the OP is asking to move it to the left column.

Terryo, is this what you want?

Steps:
  • see the View|Layout option. Drag the "Preview" panel to the Left panel box.
  • then configure the Preview (aka Selected) panel to show art only ... #1 clicking its hamburger menu control (three vertical dots), and #2 taking the layout option
Want a dark skin for MM5? This is the one that works best for me .. elegant, compact & clear.

Wow. I dug this out of the Forum to do it on two laptops and it was still hard to figure out.

I found the boxes where I could use the drag the Preview under Options and clicking on the main Layout heading.

No wonder most of my DJ colleagues find MM too geekish for their tastes.
