Can't create a helpdesk ticket

I have some usage questions based on reading support pages while trying to fix a sync issue. (Problem is fixed) I was trying to generate a Helpdesk Ticket to get answers but can't find an option on the Helpdesk page to create one. What am I doing wrong? I have created them in the past, but that was a couple of years ago.

Once you're logged in Support you should see a New Ticket option: https://www.mediamonkey.com/support/
