Hey, it's me again. Just formatted today, installed the latest version of MediaMonkey (1134) and I _still_ have this problem.
Only thing I use with MM is Last.fm and I am very reluctant to give that up.

Did you check over this in MM 3.0.2 RC-3 , build 1134:

?

BrantFranz indicated that the problem gone in 1131.

This happens to my MM3 as well (1st official release), except it happens only on initial startup during the directory scan, and not from continious play. The error is always in regards to the song that is listed in the player on the bottom.

1131: it seems to be gone. thx!

anyone tried the latest version? is this bug still inside?

by BrantFranz » Tue Jan 15, 2008 12:12 pm

still the same problem here on xp.
i use 1109 (last working release) meanwhile. to me using tweakers is no solution at all. thx anyway, rovingcowboy!

any coments of the "officials"? jiri?

The same problem here. MediaMonkey 3.0.1.1127 + Vista. I let the player on for a while and suddenly a cascade of error messages appear (thread creation error: not enough storage is available to process this command).

i'm not getting this so far on winxp.
i don't do that much editing on winxp, but if you get it just from playing? then why ain't i.?

still go in to a tweaking program like xteq and use that programs way of tweaking your systems' memory.

try setting the stacks higher, then 4 or 6 which i think is too low. try 22 or 28.

also try making your page file size 1249 min 1250 max.

not sure what else you can do in memory off hand. but if you
find something in the tweak program that will add more memory some how then add more.

see if those things can help.

i experience the same problem since i updated from rc2 to release-version.
i use winxp, no scripts, no extra-skins. never had this error in years of using MM. hardware: 1,7 pentium-m, 1gig ram.

by Lowlander » Fri Dec 28, 2007 4:57 pm

Do you have any scripts installed? In any case please create a debug log and included a list of installed scripts.

by rovingcowboy » Fri Dec 28, 2007 2:18 pm

too small of system ram is my guess or you are trying to use a heavy skin on mm 3 when you are using mm 3 on win9x.

Me too... just downloaded the latest 3.0 release today, and getting tons of "thread creation error" messages (exactly as above)!

by Guest » Sat Sep 22, 2007 10:21 am

Okay, I've logged it now (I guess, I really can't see from that log). I'll try sending the log to the bugsupport team.

Great, that didn't work... Will try logging the bug again tomorrow.

I don't have a single FLAC file, but I'll try updating to the newest version and see what happens
