Hi, hoping perhaps someone has had this issue already...unfortunately I have case of "should've left well enough alone"...
So, I'm using latest version of Mediamonkey Gold, WIndows 7 and I am syncing my 2 iPod classics and my iPhone 4. At first, I had no issues syncing any of my devices with MM. But for some reason, I wasn't happy that my iPhone would still have an old playlist from when I was syncing it with iTunes and I couldn't seem to delete it with MM. So, I thought I was being smart by opening up iTunes, and syncing my iPhone with iTunes to essentially get rid of the old playlists.
Unfortunately, MM apparently does not like that I did that, because now every time I connect with MM running, the iPhone shows up, but the name is followed by a whole bunch of gibberish and I soon as I even so much as click on it, MM locks up, freezes, "not responding", etc.
Any thoughts on this? I just find it strange that it was working perfectly fine before I tried to get rid of that one playlist. I can't do anything in the device configuration menu, i.e. I thought I could delete the .dll file and MM would automatically reinstall it...do I have to do this manually? Would greatly appreciate any advice on best way to get back to using MM for syncing my iPhone.
