Re: iPod not recognized
Hi, Can you confirm: is your iPod really named 'mUGS - USB Mass Storage Device'? Also, what is the MUGS (H:) device? I'm wondering if the iPod was somehow recognized by the WMDM driver, and perhaps that device should be deleted. See: http://www.mediamonkey.com/support/index.php?_m=knowledgebase&_a ...

Re: duplicate iPod profile
Try deleting the 'bad' profile so that MM matches your iPod to the good one. -Rusty I have tried that with no luck:( It will just create another one. Not really sure what is going on, I uninstalled the latest version of MM and installed the release on the main page and it still doesn't want to pull ...

Ipod.dll changed??
I have been using the beta release to sync my ipod classic, and they have been working fine as far as syncing. I have skipped I believe only one or two releases, and jumped to the latest release. Now when I plug in the ipod it doesn't recognize that I have a profile already for it. So it creates ...

Hmm, I found a fix for me. I use MM with the "show album art with details", and that's how I have been adjusting columns that never save after exit. Well, I tried making the necessary column widths changes with the "show details" mode. I exit and wow they SAVED. I am not sure what's causing this ...

I haven't had any problems with the colum settings remembering their place... The only thing I think of might be a permissions thing, are you running with admin priviledge? or mm is not shutting down properly... when you close MM does it still show in the task manager 'processes' list? I am using ...

Column width reset after exit
Noticed this after the RC4 and persists with RC5.
When I have the .ini file in the program folder(because of several users on a single pc) it resets my adjustments on the columns.
When the .ini file is in the default location it remembers changes.
Any suggestions, or is this a bug?

Well said!! Don't have a gold yet, but will pretty soon.Teknojnky wrote:Pay for gold features, get to use beta gold features.
Don't pay for gold features, then use the free version features.
I don't see what the problem is other than folks wanting something for nothing in the interest of 'beta testing'.
