Here's the problem with trying to submit a ticket on the support site... I try to login with the same credentials as I log into the forums, and it tells me invalid username\password. So I try to register for a new one, but the email\username is already in use. Last time I tried contacting support ...

I can't find my original purchase email, but I did purchase a lifetime key.

I don't think I can even access where that email was sent...

I have the debug file, and when I go to submit a ticket, it tells me to login but says "invalid login". Then when I click to Register, it redirects me to the forums, where I'm already logged in. Color me confused...

MediaMonkey Version: 4.1.4.1709

I've synced 5 times, with the latest version of MediaMonkey. Every time it syncs all my songs all over again. I'm testing it again right now and again, it's starting over from scratch.
