iPhone 5s Sync only newest added songs?

I would like to completely switch to MediaMonkey for syncing my iphone 5s, but every time I sync it has to copy all 4000+ songs. Is there a way I'm missing to have it only sync songs that aren't already on the device? I tried using the wiki information for syncing but it's out of date.

Sync should only sync new files, however this only works with files synced by the same MediaMonkey.

Make sure you're using MediaMonkey 4.1.4 and a recent release of iTunes.

I've synced 5 times, with the latest version of MediaMonkey. Every time it syncs all my songs all over again. I'm testing it again right now and again, it's starting over from scratch.

I have the debug file, and when I go to submit a ticket, it tells me to login but says "invalid login". Then when I click to Register, it redirects me to the forums, where I'm already logged in. Color me confused...

Support login should be the same username/password as forum.

I thought so too, but it's not accepting it.

EDIT: I'm 100% positive I'm using the correct username and password.
