[laughs] Well that would certainly explain why it wasn't working the way I expected. I use IE, and it always reports mmips as zips, so I didn't notice that this time it realy WAS supposed to be a zip.

Hey Berny, just a follow up on the issue, tried each new beta release as they came out, all gave same error. Installed the latest MM Beta release, same error report.

But he issue has been remedied (by shear fluke I may add).
Was browsing a screen shots thread and noticed the date format of the last played eg: 05/02/2008 9:30 AM - well after the XPsp3 or IE8 update Microsoft installer in its ultimate wisdom decided to set my date format in the region control panel to eg: 05/02/2008 9:30 a.m. check the bold parts of each format....I thought WOAH! that aint right Thanks Bill and team at M$, nice work

Now that it is back to AM/PM no full stops included your script is rocking again..

So anyone having this issue after IE8 or SP3 updating, go to windows control panel, run the Regional and Language cpl, click customize, click the Time tab, and set the AM and PM symbols to AM - PM. NOT a.m. p.m. - Apply and ok settings and then rerun MM and AutoRateAccurate in all its glory.

Thanks all! It's nice to hear that you like it!

And thank MonkeeMadness for the information. I already thought that this has to be the problem. And I think I fixed it. But I'll wait untill tomorrow to release it because maybe some other problems appear and I don't want to release hundreds of betas. That makes it look so unstable.

Changes since beta 7:
-Fixed: Possible date problem. (Thanks MonkeeMadness)
-Fixed: Possible problem with empty libraries.
-Fixed: Minor bug.

Oh, I didn't realize there was a new version already. I came to post that I was receiving errors which prompted the debug report dialogue since I installed beta 7. It seems to always occur when I'm using Lyricator or Lyrics to Instrumental or doing any other sort of batch tagging. I've sent reports whenever it occurred.

I will install this version and see if the errors clear up.

Hmm... Maybe my script wants to write changes to the ini-file while another script does the same... Don't know how to fix that though...

Please report when the problem appears again and tell me the problematic line.

-Added: New variables available: PlayedTime (exact minutes how much you listened to a song), Songlength (Thanks carpman @hydrogenaudio.org)
-Changed: The customfield has been enhanced with PlayedTime.
-Changed: Big_Berny's formulas have been improved with the new available informations.

Hmm... I guess you took down the old link. I wanted to revert to the previous version as that error window coming up on every track change is annoying. I guess I'll have to disable ARA for now.

Yes. I can confirm that I am having the same problem as spacefish with AutoRateAccurate v2.2 RC 2.
