Burning Audio CDs: recommended dB??

Post by WhoCares »

Hi guys,
What is the recommended volume level for burning CDs? And for Volume Analysis?

Thanks

83db, as is the default.

You might want to set it higher if the system you will play the songs on isn't that powerful. Otherwise 83db should work fine.

Thanks.
Hmm, well, it's a P4 1.5Ghz, 256MB SDRAM, 40GB, WinXP HE SP1... so, yeah, it might not be powerful :P. So, is 83dB good enough with those specs :D?

Not sure if you're being facetious, but in case you're not:

Lowlander is referring to the volume output power of your listening system, be it your car cd-player, stereo, whatever.

I generaly prefer 89Db as with Clip preventing gets results in 98% of Peek Level.
