Easier conversion to .m4b files

Hi all

My wishlist suggestion would be for a nice easy 'Convert to audiobook' feature - I have plenty of audiobooks stored as Mp3's, but use itunes to convert to a .aac file, then have to rename to m4b, then open in mediamoney to send to my ipod classic.

A feature that allowed all of this to be done in one step would be amazing, and hopefully beneficial to others.

yes pretty please! with an option to cut split the files around 320MB since some ipod models can't deal with m4b larger than that.
