Audio Files Skipping/Seeking During Playback over Network

Hi. i'm having issues with MM on my Windows 7 Ultimate laptop. the songs are seeking automatically causing the song playback to be scattered. The issue got so annoying I switched to iTunes where the problem ceased. I wanted to try MM again and the same thing still happens. I think it has something to do with the playback buffer or something. Is there anyway to increase the buffer?

Nothing constructive to add except that my problem ( http://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewto ... =1&t=47995 ) seems nearly identical to yours. Should we file a bug report?

Don't have this issue myself. You could try switching output plugin or go into the settings to change the buffer (for the output plugins that support it) under Tools > Options > Output Plug-ins.
