Reduce album art when syncing or converting

Consider downsizing album art of a track file when syncing to an iPod or converting to a lower bitrate. Album art in my library are anywhere from 600x600 to 1000x1000 resolution, which adds a megabyte or more to the file size. Flac and hi-res graphics is great for my Home Theatre PC, but not for an iPod or email.
