I have a Ipod Nano 6th gen that is no longer syncing play counts since I upgraded MM to the latest version, 4.06.1501 on 19 Jul 2012. I am also running the latest version of Itunes as well.
I have not changed any settings from what I was running previously but play counts are not longer updating.
I would like to send in a log but can someone tell me where to find these files:
from the post on how to report a bug.
" b) For an iPod, please also send the \iPod_Control\iTunes\iTunesDB and iPod_Control\Device\SysInfo files"
as well as the MM log files.
