Skin is iTunes (i think it comes with MM or I downloaded it from the official website) and winamp skin is this one: http://www.deviantart.com/view/7982893/
It has one little glitch - the upper corners of the player are meant to be transparent, so there are little pink spots there, but nothing you couldn't live with...

Sorry, I forgot, that I am using a "Royale vista" visual style in windows, so the titlebar is the Royale Vista skin that you can find on www.deviantart.com.
