Constantly getting this error message with a hard freeze

Post by dud999 »

Trying to attach a screenshot of an error message but I don't see an option to upload a screenshot from my computer, only to link to an image online. Do these forums really not allow for images to be uploaded? That's surprising if so.

The error message is an application throw an exception error...blah blah blah External exception E000000008 and then it asks me if I want to restart MM in Safe mode, which I do not.

Can anyone advise, and let me know if I am overlooking the option to upload an image? Thanks.

Hi,
This forum do not allow attaching image files, you can link them from other sites (See my signature on how to do that).

Note: E000000008 is runtime error. It would be great if you can supply ZIP-ed debug log as described at viewtopic.php?f=30&t=86643 in support ticket.

I had this issue too. A fresh install of the program solved the issue for me. I still have no idea what the cause was.

Most likely File corruption, where security hash check fail, or something other corrupted the file like virus, HDD/RAM fail, ...
