[REQ] Auto-tag albumart [#21136]

I've been using Auto-tag recently. I have a couple of requests for album art.

1) Optionally add the newly selected album art rather than replace all current album art
2) Optionally jpg compress new album art to some specified quality level if file size is larger than some specified size. I just downloaded an album art with auto-tag that was 8.9MB in size (looked great). I compressed this image using ImageMagick with -quality set to 60 (no perceptible degradation) and now it is less than 1MB (note the significant size difference is that the original image was png in this case). Quality of 20 also looked good at 460K.
