Hi,
Just noticed that downloaded Mp3 song files that are being downloaded into my "downloads" folder and pasted into my "Music" folder are now not showing up into my Library.
Really strange because the previous 8 songs I downloaded and placed into the Music folder was added to the library, but now, any new songs are not.
Why all of a sudden are new songs not showing in my Library? They are in fact in my "downloads" folder and they are in my"Music" folder but not being shown as been placed into the Library.
Even when closing the program and then re-opening the program, they are still not there.
None of my settings were changed.
So why is this suddenly happening and what is the resolve to this issue?
Thanks,
CK

Two MM Libraries One Computer ( Continued )
Thanks Lowlander,
I am working on the downloaded Mp3 song files which are in my computer's "Downloads" folder now, and reading your suggestion using folder monitoring to automate scanning of new files.
I am not too versed at navigating through MM ,so of course I'm a little hesitant, thinking that I might make an error and not achieve what I am looking to do, or worse yet, complicate the process .
Since I now have both My MM Library and my Wife's Library both on One Computer ,
My Question is, when downloading Mp3 song files from Amazon, I regularly "copy" the songs in my "downloads" folder and I then paste it into my "Music" folder which in turn places it in my ]MM Library. In order to get it in her Library also,
could I go back to the "Downloads" folder where the song file is also still located and somehow either re-copy , place or drag it into my Wife's MM Library ? therefore avoiding having to buy the Amazon song file all over again , for something that is already in my downloads folder ?
I know that it would probably be the longer way to go but might feel better if it were possible to do.
Thanks for your response,
Regards,
