Error when synching: "There was a problem synchronizing the following itiem(s):"
Every time I synch my phone, I get the same error message: "There was a problem synchronizing the following itiem(s):" In the details, it lists which items could not be synched, and the problem listed is: "File is inaccessible". I can actually navigate to the location listed for each file in MediaMonkey, select the file, and play it in MediaMonkey, but the file is inaccessible to synch. How do I fix this? If there is no fix, how do I remove these files from the list of files to be synched? Do I just navigate to my phone in MediaMonkey, select Music, and find the files on the list and delete them?

Hi,
Picture shows it clearly that MM can't find these files in reported path. Please check files in MM library and try to play them or use Music -> Files to edit -> Dead links and see if they can't be found. If yes please either get them from backup or Clear MM library of dead links and error will be no more.

Re: Error when synching: "There was a problem synchronizing the following itiem(s):"
This got me pointed in the right direction (or at least A right direction) to fix my problem. I had noticed before, but just thought that was how MediaMonkey did it, there was no ":" after the "F" in the file location. It was "F\" instead of "F:\" and that was the issue. I have NO idea where the ":" went, I definitely didn't delete it from all those files. But I added it back in, and it fixed the problem.Peke wrote: ↑Sun Sep 07, 2025 3:55 pm Hi,
