Error: Metadata Lookup (File "[filename]") Fail! Error code: undefined

I'm getting this error when trying to auto-tag files from a CD I've ripped --

Error: Metadata Lookup (File "[filename]") Fail! Error code: undefined

I've verified that the metadata is in Musicbrainz (using Picard). Running MM 2024.1.0.3113.

I just tried with the latest MediaMonkey 2024.2 beta and didn't see this.

Are you seeing this on some or all files you're using Auto-Tag on? I'd recommend trying 2024.2.

It's still failing on the same file, but now it says "Error code: Server is down!"

Just the one (or few) file? Most other files work?

Please capture the Auto-Tag with the failed file in a debug log (step 4b) and attach the log to a Support Ticket: https://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=86643

This will help a developer analyze why this happens for this file.
