MMW on Windows 7

Just bought 2024 Gold and NOW it tells me I need at least Windows 8. Can I trade it for a version 5? (I want the tagging from web function)

Only MediaMonkey 4 and older support Windows 8 and older, MediaMonkey 5 also only supports Windows 10 and up.

It doesn't mean it won't work, but there is no official support for it.

Your License should work on an older release.

Sorry I missed your reply, I was expecting an email to alert me. My problem is, the install program MediaMonkey_2024.1.0.3113.exe refuses to run. Says minimum Windows 8 required and exits.
