Album art not matching up correctly

When I first set up MMW a few months back it seemed to do some auto task of finding album art for all songs. However, it seemed to find just the upper half of one image for one album and apply it to hundreds(maybe thousands) of songs. Is there a way to rerun this process and hopefully have it go more accurately? Thank you in advance.

Is the Album Art embedded or external (check in the Properties > Artwork tab)? Do your files have proper Album and Album Artist tags?

I checked a few of the songs, the artwork tab of properties looks empty. Your point about having the artist/title tags being accurate, they ones I'm seeing issues with all have at least something small off or missing, so that's probably it. No easy solution other than updating all of those manually, but at least the mystery is solved. Thanks!
